The 13th edition of the festival welcomed returning artists Nathalie Stutzmann and Edwin Crossley Mercer and newcomers including the exceptional pianist Alexandros Kapelis who  played the integral Bach concerti for keyboard and strings.

Recitals for Debussy – and Chopin 2018

Caroline is playing a series of recitals marking the centenary of French composer Claude Debussy (1862-1918) and her landmark interpretations of Chopin: Live recital in London:

With Clair de lune (“Moonlight” from his Suite bergamasque, 1890–1905) and “L’isle joyeuse” central to the programme, Caroline will introduce the music and the composer’s ideas developed through his short but highly significant life of music which ended in exile from his native Paris in March 1918.

Caroline will be playing two concerts at the 12th edition of the Gstaad New Year Music Festival on Friday 29 and Sunday 31 December 2017:

Caroline’s recitals continued into December with performances in Paris and Zurich in December.  The photo is from Caroline’s recital at St Martins in the Fields which was followed by concerts in Greece, Italy and Spain. Preparations are ongoing for the 12th edition of her New Year Music Festival in Gstaad which starts on Wednesday 27 December 2017 and continues to Monday 8 January 2018 (GSTAAD.NY.FESTIVAL)
